Good Morning and Hello everyboby,
I' new to the list and have been testing with Linux-Ha for serveral days now.
The results are more or less usable
but must be improved to get productive.
The biggest issue so far is to migrate constraint resources frome one node to
another with a single command.
What does meta-data in DRBD mean
http://www.drbd.org/users-guide/ch-internals.html#s-metadata
and how to create meta-data.

Err, false alarm.
I've discovered it's not HA rebooting the box, but ocfs2 instead. :(
Now I've gotta figure out what's going on with that.
On the off chance, has anyone here done HA with OCFS2? Any gotchas?

I can't get heartbeat to work properly.
I copied the config from another set of servers that works properly and yet
this one doesn't.
it won't create the virtual IP, or start any of the processes it's supposed
to. and the logs don't say any problems, looks normal.
Also doesn't setup DRBD properly
> How do you induce a failover?
Right now just the simplest kind, a network failure. I'm simply
disconnecting the LAN interface on one of the hosts.
It doesn't matter which host I disconnect, 02 reboots.

I don't know advantages exactly but it is a new cluster standard. In

Hi,
I was wondering today why some of the resources in the cluster behaved
strangely, e.g. did not reacted on "start/stop/clean up" when clicking in
the GUI. Then I tried this with crm_resource, and it was whining because the
target_role matched twice, and it did not know, which one to use. So
No I'm not using the fsid option. Should I be using this?
