ipfail works only with v1. For v2 use pingd. Due to a bug, the IPaddr resource is not converted properly (parameters are mixed). You'll have to edit the CIB and fix them. Use cibadmin. Thanks for your help Dejan! I have changed the ha.cf (pingd instead of ipfail) and corrected the IP Adress
