What would cause LHAIFStatus on one node to show all interfaces down
while the two other nodes show all interfaces up? I'm running
Heartbeat 2.1.3. It's only happening on one of the nodes on one of my
four similarly configured clusters.

Yep that was it. I had forgotten I had modified the init script. I
took out the mods, and restarting the resource seems to be working
