I asked this question of Dave Benson (NN1G, the designer) and he
replied that it is not dependent on DigiPan and should work with any
PSK31 software. He realized that the web site implied that DigiPan was
required and I believe he is planning to reword that.

Here I have 7 computers all connected on thin coax. The only thing I
can think of. is Impedence mistmatch, or a faulty card. As long there is
terminators at the end of the line all should work OK. Maybe try a diff.
