I bought a TL-WR541G, which worked great from the moment I plugged it in. Good strong wifi signal and easy to work with L2TP in Israel. But it died on me after 2 months, not really sure why. I settled on an Edimax, which connects to the ISP well, but has the weakest wifi I think I've ever seen

See this link for linksys with 802.11n . it has all the chipset, version, and if it supports 3rd party firmware. try to avoid the ralink chipsets. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linksys_routers the next link is for wrt54g series. very good comparison. (supports only b,g)
