Not using the ppc-specific WARN_ON/BUG_ON constructs actually saves about
4K text on a ppc64_defconfig. The main reason seems to be that prepping

During some tests I've noticed that the VIDIOCGMBUF ioctl hangs on my

the D+ state. With Kernel 2.6.22.9 the (attached) testcase works like a
charm. The V4L2 interface is working with 2.6.24, too (at least displays
xawtv
The kernel has a divide by zero crash when trying to run the system
timer less than 100Hz. The problem is x/(HZ/USER_HZ) and related.
Now x*(USER_HZ/HZ) will be used if HZ
