more modem problems

I just noticed that there is still something wrong with dosemu's handling of modems. I am using 1.1.5.5 and i'm haing a hard time using it at the same time vgetty is running. My modem was able to do this before, with the 1.1.4 versions. In the vgetty log it reports the error as a dialout
