Are there known effects of running SW RAID along with VMWare? I am regularly using VMware and my whole filesystem (except /boot) is on a SW RAID 5 array. Kernel 2.2.13, RAID 0.90 of 19990824. No problems so far. Thomas

Hi, a few months ago there were reports of problems using raid with SMP machines. Is this still the case, im having trouble even booting with my bp6 dual celery with SMP and raid v0.9 and kernel 2.2.14 with mingo's patch and the ide patch. Anyone playin with SMP raid ? Also im still getting
