Hi, in the next days i will host the www.linuxraid.de Domain, maybe all of you interessted to send me your patches with a good description. I'll putting them to my homepage to give linux users a chance to get all patches from one place. I also need howtos in different languages, and articles !!

Hi, I'm using the 2.2.14 patches from mingo of red-hat, everything works without problems, but could I apply the read balancing patches of http://www.icon.fi/~mak/raid1/ ??? Or could anybody help me to change this patch to work against 2.2.14 ? Thanks Michael

Hi, I've got two different ide-disks in my system: /dev/hda --> 6,4GB SAMSUNG SV0644A /dev/hdb --> 13.2GB WDC WD136BA Both have different speeds: --> tested with hdparm -t /dev/xxx /dev/hda: Timing buffered disk reads: 32 MB in 2.69 seconds =11.90 MB/sec /dev/hdb:
