I have an existing RAID-0 device that I would like to convert to RAID-5. I've done the necessary changes to my /etc/raidtab, but mkraid fails because (I assume) it finds an existing persistent superblock on the old RAID-0 partitions. So my question becomes: How does one erase the raid persistent
