Here it goes the output now that I recompiled the kernel with the
patch applied and enabling the debug for mass storage... It's
attached...

The setting is as following:
usb 2.0 host -> active cable (hub) -> active cable (hub) -> active hub
(philips chip) -> other usb devices such as sandisk C
