Is your software functioning as a proxy ? If you're looking for proxy
software that can block addresses, I think even squid does that, not to
mention commercial proxy servers from Microsoft and Cisco.
If your software is meant to act on a browser level, one idea that comes
to mind is to

My daughter is printing out pdf applications for grad school. We
get various errors with acroread, but basically some documents don't
print. Here is one type of error. If I print the document to a file,
here is what I get with gv.

I'm running OpenOffice 1.1 and am finding that if I set up the numbering
for an outline (i.e. level 1 I, II, ..; level 2 A,B,..; etc) under
format-outline numbering or Tools-Outline numbering that it doesn't
stick. If you break the outline to add text as in
