Ron, Unfortunately, I have changed sig to PCMP, and I still get a very similar output. I might be able to provide a bios output, but at this time I had to remove the opteron as it was making the system unstable (kernel oops after a little while, could be related to overheating perhaps). Jerome

Uwe, Ron List, Jerome, can you try two things on the board: - Only use _one_ DIMM (if you used more for the first test), AFAIK there are some issues with multiple DIMMs, but I'm not sure yet. That's what I had in mind, I will proceed accordingly and report my findings to the list.
