Mine is a Lisa 2/10 with a 5 meg Profile for a total of 15 meg of hard
drive. I installed MacWorks Plus when it was my main computer but never
got the screen upgrade, I just lived with the video distortion. Last
time I had it running I installed the Lisa OS on the Profile so I could
boot either
I've noticed that a lot of the Lisa's on eBay are running MacWorks
plus and that Lisa's that run the original Lisa OS and applications
bring more $. Some day I have to drag my dual boot Lisa from the
closet and get it going again
I tried swapping the boot ROMs and video state ROM from the
XL

Hey,

ago installed the Mac Performa TV/Video subsystem into a PowerMac 7100,
which nobody would tell you it works!)
So, the different connector are - to me - not saying its necessairly

Mike,
Sorry, but you CANNOT use a Mac 128/512/Plus keyboard on a Lisa! They are
electically very differ
Thanks Jeff!
I might check on that! Given my current financial state I take the risk
and try a Mac Plus keyboard. IF it would run, you would just need an
adapter from the RJ-11 to the lisa connector.

Mike,
I know that the last time I checked, which was a couple of
years ago mind you, that one of the few Lisa/XL parts Sun Rem. still
had in stock was the keyboard. Quite a while back I bought one from
them and it arrived in very nice shape and with the cards in place.
You might check with t
Hmm, i gought mine from a german guy for a multiple of 100$ (and I
didn't even get a Keyboard with it!) - so much for a price example. A
"true" Lisa with Wig Drives is maybe quite hard to find, most likely
you will see a decent Lisa 2 around.
PS: Anyone know if a Mac 512K or Mac+ keyboard mi

Recently I got the urge to get a Lisa for my collection of old
Apple/Macs and started doing a little homework on Lisa's. I
subscribed to this list and thought I would lurk for a while. But
after two weeks of waiting for some message to lurk at, I decided to
stir the pot a little. So here I a
