Graeme, On the server, do a 'free' command and see how much swap you are using. I'll bet you are doing alot of swapping. Quickest cheapest way to fix that is add more ram. Current ram prices make that pretty easy. Also, you really should change the screen saver to be just a blank screen. Jim
