I believe devfs is being used/mounted on the workstation, so it doesn't
matter what you create in /opt/ltsp/i386/dev unless you do not mount
/dev on the workstation (using devfs).

/dev/ on workstation. Impact means if I create any
file in /opt/ltsp/i386/dev/ and then on Local Xterm I
