Matt, You are getting that error, because you are trying to boot an Etherboot kernel with a PXE bootrom. PXE can only load things less than 32kb in size, so with PXE, you need to load a 2nd stage bootloader first. The bootloader will then turn around and load the kernel. LTSP works fine with
