We are running Edubuntu 7.04 with a user list of 350 students.
Currently, at first log-in via Kerberos authentication, a home folder is

However I have another problem. Ldm only offers two sessions.
"Default" and "Failsafe xterm". Default miserably fails, whereas
Failsafe xterm deserves it's name and I can run kde from there. Is

Can someone help me re-spin FC6? I am using pungi, I
have my pungi.conf file setup, but it seems like
nothing is happening when I run the pungi -c
/etc/pungi.conf command. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks
Another try... (another setup)
When I plug the USB stick the folder shows up on the desktop, but it is
empty. (The /etc/fstab is correct on the client.)
The tail of `strace $client:/tmp/drives/$removable ~/Drives/$removable` is

Thanks Denis
I had a feeling that latency was going to be a major issue, I think that we
will probably have to live with the problems we have until the http solution is
finished. Meanwhile all the office staff will be going to LTSP as soon as I
can get one particular program to run under WINE.
