I tried to deploy a test environment with Lubuntu 14.04 and LTSP but got
same error as you:
In my FAT client, i can login via console (CTRL+ALT+F1) but cannot login in
X.
Also, when I login in console, it says i don't have a home dir.
Can you please share your steps to make it work?
