I asked about this same problem few days ago. The problem seems to be that
the ltsp kernel is made for etherboot.
Read the instructions from: http://www.ltsp.org/documentation/pxe.howto.html
to get it working.
The url describes a workaround with isc
I installed from rpm, and got 2 scripts:
/opt/ltsp/install_scripts/ltsp_initialize
and
/opt/ltsp/templates/ltsp_initialize
and only the latter one worked.
