Has anyone actually used the LDM_REMOTECMD option and gotten it to work?
If so I would appreciate hearing what you did to get it work?
Thanks

What is the secret to getting the LDM_REMOTECMD=/path/to/script working?
I have tried putting the command in both lts.conf files.
/opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf (Yes, I ran ltsp-update-image)
and
/var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386
No matter where I put the command none of the clients will execute it.

Is it possible to disable update notifications from appearing on the
clients, but keep them on the server console?
Thanks

Does anyone know if the LDM patches to the fix autologin issues have
been applied to the KIWKI-LTSP for OpenSUSE?
If so has anyone been able to get it to work?
This is what my lts.conf file looks like. Instead of logging in, the
terminals get the KIWI-LTSP login screen.

I have been poking around LTSP site all day and I can't seem to find the
link to download 4.2. Clicking the Download link takes you to the Wiki
page about 4.2 and the only thing to download there is the updated
ltsp-utils files.
Anyone know where the 4.2 RPMs are?

I am getting the following error trying to start a client in vmware.
LTSP is running as a VM on SUSE 9.3
The client is also running as a VM.
The error I am getting is:
Could not init font path element tcp/172.16.92.1:7100, removing from
list.
server error: could not open default font 'fixed'
I am planning a small (30 clients) LTSP deployment and have few
questions.
The clients are going to be used for a single function. They will run
FireFox and connect to single URL on our LAN. The URL will be different
for each client and Firefox will be configured to use the URL as its
default st
