version of in.tftpd can
give more detailed logging with -v or -vv options.
What I really meant to ask if there was A version that does support this
flag, not a NEWER one.

Try editing ~/.kde/share/config/kdesktoprc, and changing DynamicDevices=true
to DynamicDevices=false. You will also have to delete the icon from each
user's ~/Desktop/floppy.
It worked for me.

In my experience, an etherboot image on a floppy works fine. I got an image
from http://www.ron-o-matic.net/5.0.5/ and chose an rtl8139 image. I assume
it works with a PROM too. (if anyone has any spares, please let me know)
