you can manage this with -s and -c options
if you wanne see al options, fire up a cmdline, and just typ rdesktop
It'll give you all options
in my case this is a working example:
rdesktop <> -a 16 -d SINT-LUTGARDIS -D -k fr-be -N -g
workarea -s "C:\\EduSoft\\FreeCD\\FREECD.EXE" -r sound:local

I've got mine to work too, although some of them refuse to work
