Patch from Anurag Phadke. I am interested too in the graphical boot
process, may be if we try at the same time, we can help to ourselves

yes, it turns out that not all video chipsets are able to
use the LPP. The message you got is indicating that it
can't switch into the video mode needed by the LPP.
BTW, What video chipset are you using in that workstation ?

Hai guys...
I've just tried patching up LTSP with the patch that Anurag Phadke made, but
my LTSP didn't appear any fancier. Just a line saying that there isnt a
defined mode number, and I can opt to pick either 9 given mode number option
or just wait 30 seconds for it to configure it itself.
