Looks like you have both the rootpath IP address set to 192.168.1.102
and the workstation IP address set to 192.168.1.102.
you need to figure out the correct address for the server
and put that in the root-path.
And, figure out the correct IP address for the workstation,
and put that i

Yes, you do have. For a start, take a look at your dhcpd.conf file
