It would be interesting if you'd use tcpdump and capture the packet
trace, so we can see what vendor-id the bootrom is sending.
Use this command:
tcpdump -i eth0 -s 1520 -w /tmp/tcpdump.out port 67 or 68
Change 'eth0' to whichever interface your clients are connected to.

I have Siemens Scovery without cdrom, hdd and floppy. This computer can boot from LAN by PXE 2.0.
When I try to boot I have an E6e error:
E6e: Can not start from RAM disk.
Another thing is that this client don't call DHCP with "PXEClient".
