Troy, There was a problem with LTSP 2.08, where it didn't setup KDM properly. Actually the problem is because they changed KDM to have its own config file, where previous versions of kdm used the xdm config files. Anyway, the trick is to find your kdmrc file using the locate command. you may

Hopefully a quick question: When I finally get one of my terminals to boot, what will the interface look like? I have KDE running as the desktop on the server, and I would like the same on the terminals. By the way, the terminal seem to boot fine to a point. I get the initial grayish screen
