Michel, this is a name resolution problem. Make sure that all the workstation addresses are locally resolvable by DNS. the easy fix is to put them in /etc/hosts file and have /etc/resolv.conf point to files first, dns second. just to test if DNS is the problem, rename /etc/resolv.conf and
