logging in. Have you tried booting to RL 3, exporting the variable, and
then "/tmp/start_ws"? If that works, then you just edit
/opt/ltsp/i386/etc/rc.setupx

i run local netscape on ltsp workstations. in order to display hebrew
charachters on window titles, netscape needs the x property wm_locale_name to
be set to "he_IL". i do this usually by exporting LANG ot LC_ALL, which works
on a normal system. when i do the same on the ltsp workstations,
