Well, OpenBSD is usually the most solid of web servers. But its a bit archaic looking. I really do love mandrake, though. For packaging, the first thing you do is set up your urpmi database. First, find a webserver that has a mandrake mirror. Then, find its rpms. An example is ftp://videl.ics
