Your dmseg log contains:
[ 11.246568] Bluetooth: hci0: BCM20702A

BCM207002A appears to be correct
following bug mentions a broken hfp/hsp issue it's not yet clear to me
how to check this on my laptop
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1065400
can it be that the 4.4.0 kernel has broken this 'again'?
And what about h-node
https://h-node.org
I have no experience with this, sorry. Did you try this?
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1065400/comments/11
I suppose you have a good chance to get this working, this is an old
problem, there is a workaround. I don't if it is broken again, you need to
test it. Go digging abou

yesterday i have followed those links and got lost in the iungle.
i'm a bit cautious, i don't want to mess up the touchpad.
The fujitsu S761 has a 2 pads
the normal mouse pad, and a little round pad that has scrollwheel
functionality when you draw circles on the round pad.

Yes i had already checked that
lsusb did not contain anything on the touchpad

I can't answare for sure almost all your questions... But I suggest you to
make an image of your system to back it up, in case you mess up everything
and cannot get it back to original state. Do you have an external HD?
I usually do not have any problems with trackpad, I'm not sure if I'm too
luck

And let someone else grab the hot coal out of the fire.
Would it work to do this in a virtual machine? Or does virtual box use

With virtualbox is possible to redirect USB and Serial devices. I can
redirect my bluetooth device, my webcam but not my touchpad. It depends if
the device is connected logically to USB bus. I don't know if it is
possible to redirect your specific device, or if there is another

I'll have a look at it, thanks.

Hi,
It is really pretty easy to be honest.
if you want to test a parameter just run
synclient [PARAMETER]
I have a little GUI program for doing it, and I will send it your way.

Hey,
I sent that app off list, but I agree I wish Lubuntu had a better app
for touchpad (and Keyboard as well) but Lubuntu is moving to Qt so
introducing an FLTK app is probably not going to happen :)
