the data that I have from my Git commit trawling script (which may not be
identical to Peter's since he uses data from Dustin) shows the following for
2.12.50..2.13.50 (essentially all the commits after the end of 2.12 development
until the start of 2.13 development).

left hand graphic (LoC). For clarity, could you just tell us what the ORNL LoC
contribution was for 2.13.0?

does pcc that's coming out in lustre 2.13 require both the client and
the server to run 2.13 or can just a client running 2.13 utilize pcc?
