Dear all,
I am looking for a copy of Melli's 4th book (Venice 1616). I know that
it is contained in the facsimile edition published by SPES in 1979
which is out of print, however.
Would anyone be so kind as to share a copy with me (I have copies of
the 2nd, 3rd and 5th book)?
Yes, because they are not in agreement.
(Oui, parce qu'ils ne sont pas d'accord.)

The last two sentences in the article on S.L. Weiss, in my translation, read as

Dear Members,
I am looking for information on the galant composer Ferdinand Seidel. Apart
from the fact that he published his 12 Minuets in 1757, is there any more
information extant? According to its preface, the 1757 print was meant as a
teaser; more music by the best lutenist in Germany

Dear collected wisdom,
I wanted to ask if anybody has experience with lutes
made by Marcello Armand-Pilon (Cremona)? I have been
offered a 13-course baroque lute made by him, which
looks very good. I would appreciate any hints you may
be able to give by replying off-list.
Thanks and best
Dear all,
does anyone know, whether the scores of Richard
Stone's Weiss concerto-reconstructions are in the
public domain? This morning I listened to a concerto
in C major, which I found extravagant and beautiful. I
ordered the CD from Chandos right away.
Best regards,
