I have made up a linux, x86, libc-5 copy of 1.0.0. I can send it to Sunsite if no one else is planning to. BTW, it has been a while since I built a binary, but I was surprised that the "make bindist" command did not automagically create a binary with libXpm and libforms compiled in statically.
