For use with LaTeX2HTML, it would be very good if paragraph environments
(e.g. enumerate) were followed by a blank line, as otherwise LaTeX2HTML
only sees one paragraph.
When I export a LaTeX file from 1.0.2-pre3, I get something like:
\begin{enumerate}
...
\end{enumerate}
Next paragraph
and

When do you plan to release 1.0.2? I'd like to know so that we can try
to get an up to date french translation for this date...
In the meantime, I have updated WHATSNEW (locally, since cvs is down)
and it reads:
