this patch ports two more dialogs to Gnome frontend. I've also included
all glade project files that were used for all ported dialogs. It would be
nice to have these files in CVS too.

And if we decide to skip 1.1.6 and go directly at 1.2.0 we should make
that decision now, then we need to enable NEW_INSETS too.
Why do we need to enable NEW_INSETS too? I think that lyx-tabulars
are pretty good

libraries. This will give the benefit of using a stable development
