Windows installer for Lyx 2.0 beta 4 missing

Dear developers, I am looking for beta 4 of Lyx 2.0 which I would like to try on Windows. Are there any plans to add the installer to FTP? All other version have it but latest beta 4 not. Thanks, Tomas
