https://www.lyx.org/robots.txt disallows search engines from the trac. Is
this intentional? It makes finding tickets in the trac much harder.

Both \lyx and \latex macros should be marked as English insets when part of
Hebrew text. Otherwise they will be rendered reversed, just as Scott
mentioned.

developers opted out to pass spaces separated arguments instead of a list
of arguments (e.g. system() vs execv() argument passing)?
QProcess seems to support both ways to pass arguments, but passing
arguments explicitly

When writing a paragraph with an RTL language (I checked with Hebrew, but it
should also happen with Arabic), and adding numbered list, the symbols are
shown in the wrong order. I mean by that, that the dot comes before the
numbering symbol instead of after it.
The patch checks whether we are

Enumerate environment, but I didn't find where it's created and where its
content is printed to the screen.

I tried Dov's fix for the problem, but unfortunately it doesn't work for me.
The output is still correct (as it used to) but the display in the UI is
still wrong. I opened yesterday a bug report with detailed explanation with
what is wrong in the hebrew display in the UI.
