I can't find the place where math comments appearance was discussed

This trivial patch uses a yellow (Note) background to mark comments.
While the result is not the same as Notes (the output actually goes to

Actually it was more (for me a least) import that you applied one of
the changes. Personally I prefer your first option but even the second
option would be better
