I'd like to drop a copy of version 0.0 of the new FAQ in CVS sometime soon
(yes, I really am going to do this, though v0.0 will be little more than
an outline). I'd like to get my hands on a copy of the old FAQ first to
steal as much from it as I can, but I haven't been able to access
Odd this. I have been emailing Mike both with the text and to say that my

A very good idea! I have saved a bunch of interesting tips posted to this
mailing list, and I have been thinking that they should be put into an
organized collection of hints
