This build solves both my problems:
- I can use Divvy to resize the Lyx window;
- ForeverSave can now backup Lyx documents.
Moreover, I have the impression that the launch of Lyx is much quicker now.

checked that Divvy is not answering its keyboard shortcut and started Lyx 2.
