You can change it in paragraph layout.

I have changed the definition in stdlists.inc to use a \makebox in the
definition of \makelabel. This makes proper alignment in the label
easy and we now does not require any hacks to get right justified.

(separate) changing the LabelString for every item of a
Lyxlist and indents the item accordingly -- giving a surprise when looking at
the LaTex output.
For consistend behaviour the changing of LabelString via >Layout>Paragraph
should affect all items of the list simultaneously (in LyX and LaTeX) (or
After some testing I now see that just using a \hfil instead of a
\hfill in the original code makes it work as I want it to.
I have made the changes. Documentation needs to be updated.
