hi guys, i just wanted you to think about 2 issues before you get 1.4 out of the door: 1. what should be on the standard toolbar? 2. which toolbar should be shown where? i've been using lyx since 0.12 and have never clicked on the font buttons. according to john they are broken, and one

We don't know any of these to be true. Regarding 1 and 2, we don't know - there may be some significant bugs (and indeed, we already know there are problems with some of the tabular things). If we enable it by default, that implies that such bugs are higher priority. We simply don't have the
