I tested the czech transloation of LyX's menus that comes with LyX
1.4.3: All menu names except of only one are still in english but the
translation status at
http://www.lyx.org/devel/i18n.php
is green. What could be wrong here?

are you using xforms ?
No I'm using the
this is funny, i downloaded lyx-143-3-bundle.exe and
setup didnt offer me the czech language at all. how did you
managed it ?
This is a bug, we simply forgot to add this new language.
the problems doesnt stop with it :))
setup runs, launching miktex setup - this setup
runs for while and
