Try to send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED], then. KLyX is a slightly
different beast from LyX, and they may have missed a few updates in
the layout files.
And in the documentation, too, as I had to notice a few days ago. Write to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]? Ok. I do it.

I am using LyX 1.0. My LaTeX preamble includes \usepackage{apalike}.
As I cite references within my document, I'd like them to appear as
(Doe Smith, 1999). If I type that in directly after the sentence, it
works as it should. However, I'd like to use the
