I'm wondering how I can make cross-references as "text links".
Right now the cross-references turn out as "check boxes" when I
use latex2html on my exported latex-file ...
Any advice much appreciated,

but with others fitting only in Landscape mode
(large horizontal tables).
How can I generate the PostScript version
with the right combination of portrait
