How to get starred titles in the TOC

Hello, I'm using the apa layout. It has no "part" environment, but only the starred versions "part*", which means the parts are not numbered in the text (same for sections/subsections). That's ok, it's a requirement of the APA article style. However, I would like to have a table of contents. I ha

Problem viewing PDFs

Hi there I just installed LyX 1.3.6 for Windows. When I select View->PDF (any of the three versions), acrobat reader gives an error saying that it can't open the document. The file is generated in the temp dir, but probably the path is being passed wrong. How can I fix it? Thanks Best regards, G

Extra comma in index?
