Latex2html will not place 2 minipages side-by-side.
I got the official response from Ross Moore on the latex2html list.
He said that he did not bother to program a lookahead to see how to
stack minipages. In effect you have to write htmlonly code to force a
tabular environment around the minipages
I am trying to produce 4 Ubuntu Breezy debs using the script for 1.3.7
provided by Georg Baum on the wiki. The patch fails as follows:
patching file debian/changelog
patching file debian/control
patching file debian/man/dviprint.1
patching file debian/man/noweb2lyx.1
patching file debian/package
Nevermind I see that Georg Baum has put them up already on the wiki. I
will build some Ubuntu breezy debs.
Jean-Marc,
Any chance of a Debian script for 1.3.7 or maybe 1.4 since it will be
very soon?

I am using lyx 1.3.6 with teTeX-bin-3.0. I am using the Koma scrbook
class.
My words and page numbers in my index appear to be in bold.
Any way to remove the "bold" from the generated index?
I have looked a little in the scrguien.pdf documentation, makeindex manual
page, http://www.miwie.org/t
Solved!
Using "Addchap" instead of "Chapter*" produces a table of content entry
without numbering -- as superb documentation (Extended.lyx) revealed.

Hi
I just wondered if anyone knew the timescale for 1.4 release. I know that
1.4pre3 has been available since christmas and this is nearly the final
version.
The reason I ask is that with the release of 1.3.7 I have to decide
whether to upgrade to that, or wait a few weeks and get the ful re

Uh? This version does not use any of the installers. The installers
are two different packagings of 1.3

Thanks for the suggestion. The logic made sense, but your suggestion did
not work. LyX generated an extra line between the commands in the tex file.
Sorry, no more idea then... Perhaps some tex or latex trick may do the
job (eating spaces).
