I have finally upgraded from LyX 1.3.5 to 1.4.2 after finishing a big project in 1.3. LyX 1.4.2 seems to launch fine, but when I try to open a new document I get the "Can't load document class error". Eventually a new document opens, but every click or keystroke brings up the spinning beach
