Yes it was a bug in KDE Konqueror (or its plugins). Normal unix works fine.

I've seen that as well in previous releases, but only inside the archieving
software (ark in my case). After extracting, everything should be there.

Debian it is sufficient to execute "sudo apt-get install aspell-es".
